At Lady Fingers Floral, we take great pride in the quality and presentation of every arrangement. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always work to make things right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product received
Once reviewed, we may offer:
A replacement arrangement
Store credit
A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
Quality Concerns
Flowers are natural and may vary slightly in color, size, and bloom stage. Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
If you feel your arrangement did not meet expectations, please reach out within 24 hours, and we will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we do not accept returns on delivered arrangements.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
If a delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.), we will work with you to find a fair solution but cannot guarantee refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled if requested before fulfillment begins
Once an order is in production or out for delivery, changes or cancellations may not be possible
